About the Owner
Meet Ryan Manning
Ryan Manning founded Edgemore Painting with a simple conviction: every home deserves the attention that transforms with a coat of paint into a lasting impression. From the sun-bleached stucco homes of Lakeland to the vibrant bungalows of St. Petersburg, Ryan brings that same attention to each job site.
"I learned painting at a young age helping my dad paint around the house. I took on side paint jobs around 2007 for friends and family in St. Petersburg, Florida. It worked well with my full-time job as a firefighter. In 2012 I teamed up with a co-worker and business took off. We did this for several years. In 2016 I started my own business Edgemore Painting."
"We have painted over 300 exterior houses and many other paint projects. We focus on the small jobs just as much as the bigger jobs. When you hire Edgemore Painting, you hire Ryan. No subcontractors, no guesswork. Just honest work and a handshake you can trust."

What our customers say
Most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals from neighbors.
"Ryan painted the entire exterior of our house and it looks brand new. He was on time every day, kept the yard clean, and the price was exactly what he quoted."

"We had our kitchen cabinets sprayed and the difference is incredible. Ryan took the doors off, sanded everything down, and put them back perfectly. Highly recommend."
David & Karen T.

"I've used a lot of contractors over the years and Edgemore is one of the few that answers the phone and does what they say. Interior came out flawless."
